Inside IR35: £18 PAYE / £24.33 Umbrella per hour

About the Role

We're looking for a Quality Technician to join a growing, quality-focused team based in Worcester. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment, working with advanced inspection technologies and supporting critical product release activities.

Due to increased demand, we're expanding the team and need a detail-oriented technician to manage essential administrative and inspection tasks to ensure products are released efficiently prior to dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with Quality and Operations teams to support product release
• Oversee source inspection activities and ensure documentation is complete
• Support Operations and Engineering with non-conforming / deviating product
• Manage concessions and ensure timely processing
• Coordinate site calibration activities
• Support and participate in internal audits
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the quality function
• Share best practices to improve efficiency and quality performance
• Collaborate with wider EQS teams to achieve departmental goals

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a Quality Technician / Inspection / Product Release role
• Background in a manufacturing or technical environment
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Experience inspecting products or validating materials
• Comfortable working with IT systems, including SAP and customer portals
• Proactive team player willing to support across Operations and Quality
