I'm working with a well-established infrastructure contractor that's looking to add a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to its growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong pipeline of secured work across major infrastructure projects, offering long-term career development and the chance to make a real impact.



The Role

  • Manage project costs from tender through to final account.
  • Prepare valuations, cost reports and forecasts.
  • Monitor budgets, commercial risks and project performance.
  • Procure and manage subcontractors.
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with commercial processes.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, project teams and subcontractors.


What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering, construction or infrastructure.
  • Good commercial awareness and cost management skills.
  • Knowledge of NEC contracts is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
