Are you an ambitious Quantity Surveyor looking for more than just another consultancy role?

The Role

You'll work alongside experienced Directors and Senior Quantity Surveyors across a varied portfolio of projects, gaining hands-on experience in both consultancy and developer-led schemes. No two projects are the same, offering excellent exposure and the chance to build a well-rounded skillset.

You'll be involved in:

• Cost planning and estimating
• Procurement and tender management
• Contract administration
• Cost reporting and valuations
• Managing project budgets from inception through to completion
• Supporting both client-side consultancy commissions and developer-led projects

About You

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 2-5 years' Quantity Surveying experience
• Holds a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Is keen to continue developing both technically and professionally
• Enjoys working collaboratively within a close-knit team
• Has excellent communication and organisational skills
• Is working towards, or interested in pursuing, professional accreditation
