Salary: £30,000 – £70,000+ DOE & Seniority

• Trainee Quantity Surveyor
• Assistant Quantity Surveyor
• Quantity Surveyor
• Senior Quantity Surveyor
• Managing Quantity Surveyors

Depending on your experience, responsibilities could include managing subcontractor procurement, valuations, variations, cost reporting, CVRs, forecasting, final accounts and the overall commercial performance of construction projects.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience across areas such as:

• Main contracting
• Residential development
• Commercial construction
• Groundworks
• Civil engineering
• Specialist subcontracting

You may already be operating independently as a Quantity Surveyor or be at Assistant level and looking for an employer that can offer greater exposure and progression.

Relevant construction or Quantity Surveying qualifications would be beneficial, but commercial experience and your ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of the QS function are equally important.
