We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor who enjoys building positive relationships, working collaboratively and helping projects achieve successful commercial outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting the commercial management of highways and civil engineering projects
• Working closely with operational teams, clients, suppliers and subcontractors
• Monitoring project costs, forecasts and financial performance
• Managing subcontractor accounts and final accounts
• Identifying risks and supporting effective solutions
• Contributing to successful project delivery and continuous improvement

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with others, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes, alongside:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience
• Experience working with NEC3/NEC4 contracts
• Experience within civil engineering, highways or drainage projects
• Strong commercial and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Full UK driving licence
