Our client is a well-established stone contractor operating across the UK construction sector is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in central London.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement and estimating support
- Management of subcontractor packages and payments
- Preparation and submission of applications for payment
- Monthly valuations and cost reporting
- Management of variations and change control
- Preparation and agreement of final accounts
- Client liaison and commercial reporting
- Commercial management of multiple live projects
Experience & Background
- Strong commercial experience within construction, ideally with a specialist subcontractor or SME
- 5–10 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying / Commercial role
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong understanding of subcontractor procurement and cost control
Qualifications
- HNC / HND or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or a related discipline
