Quantity Surveyor – High-End Residential

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in high-end residential construction to join our client's commercial team.

Fully employed or Freelance - Optional

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tender enquiries and analyse subcontractor quotations.
• Procure and manage subcontract packages.
• Prepare and certify subcontractor payments.
• Manage variations, valuations, CVRs, and cost reporting.
• Prepare and agree final accounts with both subcontractors and clients.
• Produce accurate cost analysis and commercial reports throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven Quantity Surveying experience within the high-end residential sector.
• Strong network of subcontractor contacts.
• Excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
• Relevant Quantity Surveying qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent).
