Quantity Surveyor
Our client is a successful regional main contractor delivering high-quality residential, commercial and mixed-use construction projects across London and the South East. Due to continued project wins, they are looking to recruit an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their commercial team.

Responsibilities
- Full commercial responsibility for construction projects
- Procurement of subcontractors
- Cost planning and budgeting
- Preparing valuations
- Managing subcontract accounts
- Pricing variations
- Producing monthly cost reports
- Managing final accounts
- Liaising with clients and consultants
- Supporting operational teams
- Monitoring project profitability
- Ensuring contractual compliance
- Quantity Surveying experience within main contracting
- Knowledge of JCT contracts
- Strong commercial awareness
- Excellent communication skills
- Degree qualified (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence
- £65,000 - £80,000 salary
