Are you a skilled Quantity Surveyor looking to make a tangible impact on critical infrastructure? We are actively seeking a dedicated professional to join us for an essential 22-week onsite engagement in Milford Haven. This is a pivotal role in the renewal of a key energy logistics facility, and we are looking for the right talent to step in and drive commercial excellence immediately.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert commercial oversight, managing project budgets and civil work valuations with high precision.
  • Interpret and adapt to bespoke, non-standard contract terms, ensuring full compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Take charge of procurement requirements and manage vital supply chain activities.
  • Prepare detailed cost reconciliation statements and provide data-driven insights to support project success.
  • Maintain the highest standards of corporate governance, health, and safety within a high-risk civil engineering environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quantity Surveying, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in the civil engineering sector with a strong foundational understanding of contract administration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, onsite environment; you must be within a commutable distance of Milford Haven.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.


What We Offer:

  • A high-impact, 22-week project engagement starting in July 2026.
  • A competitive daily umbrella rate of £400 - £500.
  • Standard working hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
