We’re looking for a motivated Mid-Level Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career with a business that is expanding and offers long-term progression.

About the Role
We’re seeking a Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction or demolition sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of our projects while helping to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Producing applications for payment.
* Pricing simple works using schedules of rates.
* Assisting with Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) reporting.
* Managing CEMAR portals for NEC infrastructure projects.
* Recording, tracking and assisting with variations (VOs).
* Monitoring and reporting on payment status, including contract payments and overdue accounts.
* Attending site visits and liaising with operational teams and clients.
About You
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor within construction or demolition.
* Experience working with NEC contracts and CEMAR is desirable.
* Commercially aware with strong organisational skills.
* Confident communicator who enjoys building and maintaining client relationships.
* Happy to split time between the office and project sites.
* Self-motivated and keen to progress within a growing business.
