Quantity Surveyor – Fire Protection
The Company
Contractor with expanding portfolio of work in fire protection, conducting refurbishment work within the public sector.
The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join the business to manage projects commercially, working closely with the project managers. The role concentrates on collection of financial information, monitoring variations and ensuring cost control of a number of projects simultaneously. The position is largely office based with occasional site travel.
Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry.
- Experience of fire protection or property refurbishment
- Strong commercial knowledge and experience with schedule of rates
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
Remuneration
Salary is negotiable dependant on experience, ranging between £40,000 and £60,000 per annum plus car allowance.
