Role

Workload has brought the need for additional support in the commercial team. An office based role, three days a week, with occasional site visits, this is a position suited to a Quantity Surveyor who is keen to have a part time role in a trusted organisation that pays attention to staff needs, focuses on excellent quality for the client, and a need to have the financials and relationships managed well across all disciplines. 

Experience Required

This position will suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor from any background, although civils/electrical knowledge is advantageous. Applicants must have a proven background within a commercial role, ideally from a contractor environment, and be able to work independently to manage own projects.

Remuneration

Negotiable salary, paid pro rata. Additional package will include car allowance, generous holidays, and other benefits.
