About the Role

The successful candidate will support the commercial management of fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring costs, financial performance and commercial processes are effectively managed.

Working alongside project teams, clients and supply chain partners, the role will involve monitoring project performance and providing accurate commercial information throughout delivery.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing project costs and commercial performance

• Supporting cost control and forecasting

• Reviewing project financial information

• Managing variations and change control

• Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal teams

• Reviewing valuations and payment processes

• Supporting project reporting requirements

• Identifying commercial risks and opportunities

• Attending project sites across the Bristol to London area

• Working collaboratively with delivery teams to support successful completion

The ideal candidate will have previous Quantity Surveying experience within fit-out, construction, shopfitting or a related sector. Experience working on commercial projects and the ability to manage multiple projects across different locations would be advantageous.

The role would suit someone who is comfortable balancing office-based commercial duties with regular site exposure.
