Quantity Surveyor

An award-winning, international Property Consultancy is seeking a talented Quantity Surveyor to join their London team, based out of either their Central London or Croydon office.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a team delivering a major national programme of retail refurbishment and fit out projects, working with a well-known client across multiple locations. The Role:

We are actively recruiting an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor with experience working on retail refurbishment and fit out projects using JCT contracts. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing projects through the full project lifecycle, working closely with clients and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes across a large-scale national programme. This role offers excellent exposure, responsibility, and the opportunity to further develop within a leading consultancy environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally consultancy-side
• Experience working on retail refurbishment, fit out or similar fast-paced projects
• Proven experience managing projects independently
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Actively working towards completing their APC or willingness to start working towards
