A forward-thinking national construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Birmingham office.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a well-regarded QS team where you'll be working on a variety of projects across different sectors such as commercial, healthcare, and residential.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will also have the opportunity to manage and grow the existing QS team in Birmingham, whilst getting involved in bidding for new work.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)
- Chartered or working towards
- Car + drivers' licence
- Excellent pre and post contract experience
- Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Client facing
- Driving license and car
