A supportive, Chartered Quantity Surveying practice in London is looking to add a personable Quantity Surveyor with an interest in working within the high-end residential sector.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The new Quantity Surveyor will join a team of 30+ which includes several Quantity Surveyors either completing their studies, or working towards sitting their APC and becoming MRICS - all supported in-house by the Directors and Partners.
Day to day, the successful Quantity Surveyor will primarily be working on private residential, residential and commercial developments for private clients, investors, and lenders.
The Quantity Surveyor
- 3+ years Quantity Surveying experience
- Completed a RICS accredited degree, or in the final stages of an apprenticeship
- Experience working within a QS consultancy / cost management practice
- Pre and post contract experience
- Residential project experience, or a keen interest in this sector
- Professional, client facing character
