Quantity Surveyor

The Director of Cost Management, for a Building and Property Consultancy, is looking to add a MRICS Quantity Surveyor to join his close-knit London team.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

Based a short walk from City Thameslink station, the new Quantity Surveyor will support the Director with mentoring and managing the more junior team members, whilst also getting exposure to business development activities.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will also get involved in a variety of schemes including commercial, hospitality, and private residential.

The Quantity Surveyor

• MRICS
• Experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
• Pre and post contract knowledge
• Comfortable delivering projects independently
• Client facing
• Wants to develop into an Associate Quantity Surveyor
