An International Cost Management Consultancy are seeking a dynamic Quantity Surveyor who would thrive working on super size, Central London projects within the built environment.
The Quantity Surveyor's Role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a super prime, residential project (£500m) where you will help procure the fit out.
Additionally, the new Quantity Surveyor will work closely with the clients, and work on a £400m mixed use scheme (private house/later living).
The Quantity Surveyor
- Ideally MRICS or working towards
- QS Consultancy work history
- Experience of working on built environment projects
- Pre and post cost management experience
- Professional, bright, client facing character
