In this role you will be responsible for post-tender aspects for a number of projects across the UK, managing sub-contractors accounts from preparing to agreeing final accounts, control the full financial management of each high-end project including producing the monthly costs. Whilst maintaining strong client relationships, you will play a key part in keeping projects running smoothly, ensuring quality, safety and profitability are consistently achieved throughout.

This role would suit a Quantity Surveyor from a construction background looking for a varied position working on listed building properties, with the chance to develop their career and take ownership of high-end projects.

The Role:

• Managing sub-contractor accounts from preparing to the agreement of final accounts
• Oversee both high end and listed building projects
• Manage project finances
• Progression to senior surveyor/management surveyor roles

The Person:

• Quantity Surveyor from a construction background
• Commutable to Walsall & Midland sites
• Full UK drivers license
