An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of Manchester’s leading property developers, delivering high quality residential and mixed use developments across the region.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the commercial management of developments from procurement through to final account, working closely with the construction and development teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully.

Projects include:

• Residential developments
• Mixed use schemes
• Apartment and regeneration projects

About You

We're looking for a Quantity Surveyor with:

• Experience within residential, property development or main contracting
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Procurement and subcontractor management experience
• A proactive approach and the ambition to develop your career
