An excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join one of the UK's leading façade contractors, who work on major schemes across the country.

The business has built a strong reputation within the construction industry and continues to grow, with a significant pipeline of high profile projects secured.

The Role

You'll join an established commercial team, working across major projects and taking responsibility for the commercial management of packages from procurement through to final account.

Projects include major schemes across:

• Student accommodation

• Mixed use

• High rise

• Major facade remediation schemes

This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to large, high value projects and work alongside experienced commercial and project teams.

About You

We're open to Quantity Surveyors from a main contractor or subcontractor background. Façades experience isn't essential.

You'll ideally have:

• Experience managing projects commercially

• Strong procurement and subcontractor experience

• Good contractual knowledge

• Experience working on medium to large value projects

• A strong commercial approach and ambition to progress
