Quantity Surveyor

Our client is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with main contractor experience who is looking to develop their career within an established construction business.

The Role:

• Managing project costs, budgets and forecasts
• Preparing valuations, variations and final accounts
• Managing subcontractor accounts and payments
• Supporting procurement and tendering
• Monitoring commercial performance and identifying risks
• Working closely with project managers and site teams

The Candidate:

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within construction
• Main contractor experience is essential
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Good attention to detail and commercial awareness

Package:

• £40,000 – £50,000 salary
• Permanent position
• Oxford location
