Quantity Surveyor

Our client, a key player in the water industry, is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Yorkshire on a permanent basis. This role is crucial for the commercial management and cost control of Yorkshire Water AMP8 projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage project valuations.
- Monitor costs, forecasts and commercial risks.
- Manage subcontractor accounts and payments.
- Support contract administration and change control.
- Produce financial reports and commercial analysis.
- Work closely with operational teams to maximise project performance.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Experience in water, utilities or civil engineering is preferred
- Understanding of NEC contracts
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical capability
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying
