Quantity Surveyor - Construction Consultancy

Quantity Surveyor - a multi-disciplinary consultancy is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join the growing team in North East. This is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist project management and cost consultancy delivering award winning projects.

They operate across a range of sectors including education, healthcare, residential, commercial, student accommodation, leisure, retail, care and retirement projects across the North East ranging up to £80m.

Salary & Package:
- Basic salary of £40,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
- 28 days holiday + bank holidays (+buy option)

Key Duties:
- End-to-end commercial delivery of construction projects
- Work closely with main contractors and project stakeholders
- Provide excellent level of service to the clients
- Work closely with the company directors

Requirements:
- Experience delivering construction projects as Quantity Surveyor
- Experience working with consultancy or building contractor
- Great communication and organisation skills
- Construction related qualifications

To qualify for the higher rate of pay you must be able to demonstrate experience successfully managing construction projects as a Quantity Surveyor.
