Responsibilities:
- Attending sites to estimate
- Accurately review tender documents and drawings, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation as per SLA’s
- Responsible for calculating the costs of a project before work commences, covering everything from materials, labour, equipment hire, transport costs and everything in between.
Who are we looking for?
- Minimum of three year's estimating experience in commercial building and property services environment
- 2 years post graduate experience within an Estimating position reporting to either a senior surveyor or a commercial manager
- Technically knowledgeable of general construction methods and how they are implemented
- Experience with excellent influencing and negotiation skills with the supply chain and/or external clients to ensure the business maximises profit
- Excellent level of numeracy and verbal communication skills
- HND (or higher) in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar
- Knowledge of Causeway
- Proficient on MS Office including Excel.
- Good team player
- Uses initiative, can solve problems independently
- Demonstrates good judgement in decision making
- Good organisational and time management skills

Salary negotiable dependant on experience
