Quantity Surveyor

An established UK construction and project delivery contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of new-build, refurbishment and fit-out projects, including work within complex and regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial management from tender through to final account

• Cost control, forecasting and monthly reporting

• Subcontract procurement, valuations and change control

• Managing variations and agreeing final accounts

• Supporting project teams to deliver on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar

• Experience within construction or infrastructure projects

• Working knowledge of NEC and/or JCT contracts

• Strong commercial and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence
