Quantity Surveyor

We’re currently supporting a leading fit-out contractor who is looking to appoint a Freelance Quantity Surveyor to support ongoing projects across London.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced QS who enjoys working on fast-paced interior fit-out schemes and wants flexibility alongside a steady pipeline of work.

The role:

• Managing cost control across multiple fit-out projects in London
• Subcontractor procurement, negotiation and management
• Valuations, variations and final accounts
• Supporting project teams to ensure commercial success
• Working across office, retail and commercial interior schemes

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within fit-out/refurbishment
• Strong understanding of commercial interiors projects
• Confident managing subcontract packages and variations
• Ability to work independently in a freelance/contract capacity
• Available to cover ongoing London-based projects
