Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a mid-level Quantity Surveyor who is eager to grow and progress within a developing business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years’ experience in construction and/or demolition.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and submitting applications for payment
• Pricing straightforward works using a schedule of rates
• Supporting CVR reporting
• Managing CEMAR systems for NEC infrastructure projects
• Recording and assisting with variations (VOs)
• Monitoring and reporting on payment status, including contract payments and any overruns

The role requires an individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with our clients existing clients, including regular site visits as well as office-based work.
