A growing construction company based in Woodford is looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their team.

The successful candidate will be working on a range of public sector construction projects and must have previous experience dealing with public sector works and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing project costs from tender through to final account
• Preparing valuations, variations, and cost reports
• Working closely with project managers and subcontractors
• Procurement and subcontract management
• Ensuring projects remain within budget and commercially compliant
• Managing NEC/JCT contracts where applicable

Requirements:

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within the construction industry
• Proven experience working on public sector projects
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence preferred
