NEOS Engineering are partnered with a leading business within the crushing, screening, and recycling equipment sector who are looking to appoint an experienced Crushing & Screening Engineer covering the West Midlands region.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer with a strong background working on crushers, screeners, conveyors, and heavy processing equipment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with manufacturers such as Metso, Sandvik, Terex, Powerscreen, McCloskey, Finlay, or similar brands.

• Carry out servicing, planned maintenance, repairs, and breakdown response on crushing and screening equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
• Work on a range of equipment including jaw crushers, cone crushers, impact crushers, screeners, conveyors, and recycling machinery.
• Complete installations, commissioning, and machine setup where required.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers on-site.
• Complete accurate service reports and maintain records.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently.

• Proven experience working on crushing and screening equipment is essential.
• Experience with brands such as Metso, Sandvik, Terex, Powerscreen, McCloskey, Finlay, or similar equipment.
• Strong background within quarrying, aggregates, recycling, heavy plant, or construction equipment.
• Excellent mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
