The school is looking to appoint a dedicated RE Teacher on a permanent basis from September. The successful RE Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and differentiated Religious Education lessons across KS3 and KS4, encouraging students to explore a range of beliefs, cultures and ethical issues while supporting excellent academic progress throughout the Humanities department.

The successful RE Teacher will have:

• QTS with a Religious Education or Humanities specialism (ECTs are welcome to apply)
• Experience teaching RE across KS3 and KS4
• Strong classroom management skills
• The ability to plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons
• A commitment to raising student attainment and achievement
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
