Radiology Manager | Spire Leicester Hospital, Oadby | Full Time | Competitive Salary

Spire Leicester Hospital is looking for an experienced Radiology Manager to lead our Imaging Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a HCPC-registered Radiographer with strong leadership experience to drive clinical excellence, service development and operational performance within a busy and expanding department.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide effective clinical and operational leadership across the Imaging Department.
• Lead, manage and develop a high-performing multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality diagnostic imaging services and an exceptional patient experience.
• Drive service improvement, quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Manage departmental resources, budgets and workforce planning effectively.
• Build strong working relationships with consultants and key stakeholders.
• Support departmental growth and contribute to the hospital's commercial objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Degree (BSc Hons) in Radiography or equivalent.
• HCPC registered Radiographer.
• Previous leadership or management experience within a diagnostic imaging environment.
• Strong clinical knowledge across a range of imaging modalities.
• Experience leading and developing teams, driving service improvement and managing change.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Membership of the Society of Radiographers is desirable.
• Independent healthcare experience is advantageous but not essential.
