Location: Birmingham - mobile
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, with shifts scheduled between 06:00 - 22:00

Our client, a leading provider of facilities services in the UK, is seeking a Rapid Response Cleaner to carry out recovery cleaning operations across an allocated portfolio, working in line with the Sector Manager's area rotas.
Rotas may vary from week to week or day to day and will be allocated by the Sector Manager within an 8-hour working window.
Job Overview
This is a varied and mobile cleaning role supporting multiple sites across an allocated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high standards of cleaning, responding to operational requirements, and ensuring all client service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
The role requires a flexible, proactive, and detail-focused individual who can adapt to changing priorities, maintain excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues, and support the smooth delivery of cleaning services across the portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver all aspects of cleaning operations across sites within the allocated remit.
- Respond to Sector Manager requests and changing operational requirements as needed.
- Complete periodic cleaning in line with client specifications and scheduled requirements.
- Follow all client-specific security procedures, policies, and site requirements.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with client representatives and colleagues.
- Ensure familiarity with opening and lock-up procedures across assigned contracts.
- Support the induction and familiarisation of new employees, including cleaning regimes, waste procedures, and site processes.
- Maintain tidy storerooms, monitor stock levels, and report shortages or issues to the relevant manager.
- Adhere to the full duration of contracted shifts and demonstrate a responsible ownership mentality.

Additional Requirements
