Reach Driver (FLT)

My Client is a well-established, manufacturing company based in Leeds. Based across their sites, they have seen impressive growth year on year, with further growth plans for 2026. We are heavily recruiting for Reach FLT Drivers on a temporary to permanent basis.

This role will involve working on the reach trucks, but there is an expectation for everyone to pick orders too.

**Please be aware that a Drug and Alcohol test will be done as part of the induction process**

Duties:

• Moving pallets from distribution racking
• Loading and unloading pallets into racking
• Reach Truck usage in multi-level racking, aprox 10 meters high
• Physically picking items from storage
• Adhering to health and safety and all times
• Following written and verbal instruction
• Working either a 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm rotating shift pattern Monday to Friday

Role Requirements:

• 1 Years minimum experience with a Reach Truck
• Good Communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent punctuation
• Experience of working in a warehouse environment
• RTITB/ ITTSAR /Reach Licence (ESSENTIAL) Refreshers can be done onsite
