Job Title: Perpetual Stock-Check Team Leader with Reach Forklift (Temp-to-Perm)

Our client is a busy, fast-paced manufacturing and logistics warehouse operation. As part of their long-term growth and commitment to absolute inventory accuracy, They are launching a brand-new, dedicated Perpetual Stock Checking Team within their busy parts and accessory facility.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Stock-Check Team Leader You will head up the new inventory team, organising daily counting schedules and ensuring total data integrity across the system.

• Key Advantage: A valid Reach FLT Forklift Licence is a major advantage to help access high-level racking during stock audits.
• Supervisory Ethics: Proven ability to naturally manage, motivate, and guide a small team.
• Methodical Mindset: Highly structured work ethic with a strong passion for strict inventory control and data entry accuracy.
• Eye for Detail: Exceptional focus and accuracy when counting and identifying high-volume, complex parts.

• Methodical Ethos: Comfortable following systematic inventory paths to eliminate stock discrepancies.
• Data Entry: Solid basic computer literacy to log daily counts and adjust warehouse records seamlessly.

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior experience in a busy parts warehouse, stores management, or logistics inventory environment.
• Reliable, focused individuals who take pride in precision and structure.
• A valid Reach FLT licence is highly preferred for the Team Leader role.
• Own Reliable transport is likely.
