Reach Truck Driver

Forklift Reach Driver / Warehouse Operative (50/50) - Droitwich

£12.71 per hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm | Ongoing to Oct 2026 (then review)

We're recruiting a reliable Forklift Reach Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Droitwich, supporting the distribution of cleaning supplies. This is a 50/50 role: you'll spend around half your time on the reach truck and the rest completing general warehouse duties.

The Role

• Operating a Reach Truck to move and store stock safely and accurately (approx. 50% of the role)
• General warehouse support (approx. 50%), including:Picking and packing
• Loading/unloading deliveries
• Stock movement and basic warehouse admin tasks as needed
• Keeping work areas clean, tidy and safe

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00 - 17:00

Pay & Contract

• £12.71 per hour
• Ongoing work until October 2026, then reviewed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 6 months' Reach Truck experience
• A valid, externally accredited FLT Reach licence/certificate
• (please note: in-house certificates will not be accepted)
• Good attention to detail and a safe working mindset
• Willingness to complete hands-on warehouse duties alongside FLT work
