Location: Oldbury, West Midlands

Salary: £26,436.80 rising to £27,183.00 on successful passing of probation

Hours: Full-time: 40 hours, 5 days, Monday – Sunday, 7am – 7pm (weekdays), 8am – 5pm (weekends).

The Role

As a Reactive Works Planner, you'll be at the heart of our logistics team, making sure urgent repairs are handled quickly and effectively. You'll plan, prioritise, and schedule engineers to get customers' problems resolved without delay — keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

-            Create and maintain schedules for reactive repair work
-            Prioritise tasks based on urgency, customer needs, and resource availability
-            Allocate engineers and resources to ensure the right person is in the right place at the right time
-            Communicate clearly with customers, engineers, and stakeholders about progress and updates
-            Solve problems on the spot, making quick, effective decisions to keep jobs on track
-            Monitor resources, tools, and materials to avoid delays
-            Implement contingency plans when the unexpected happens
