Field Seymour Parkes is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join its highly regarded Real Estate team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a law graduate or aspiring legal professional to gain hands-on experience within a leading commercial law firm, working alongside experienced lawyers on a broad range of high-quality real estate matters. You will play an important role in supporting the team while developing your legal knowledge and practical skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

Working under the supervision of qualified lawyers, you will assist with a variety of commercial property and real estate matters, providing both legal and administrative support to ensure transactions progress efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Opening new files and undertaking client due diligence and Know Your Client (KYC) procedures

Preparing correspondence, reports, legal documents and attendance notes

Conducting legal research and property-related searches

Managing and maintaining electronic documents, databases and records

Assisting with document reviews, proof-reading and document production

Supporting transaction management and completion processes

Liaising with clients, agents and other third parties

Assisting with billing, time recording and other administrative processes

Supporting business development activities and client events where required

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Has a degree (minimum 2:1 preferred)

Has a genuine interest in Real Estate and Commercial Property law

Possesses excellent organisational and communication skills

Has strong attention to detail and a proactive approach

Is confident managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines

Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team

Demonstrates a commitment to delivering exceptional client service
