Long‑Term Role (Monmouthshire):

A welcoming primary school in Monmouthshire is working with Academics, a dedicated education recruitment agency, to recruit a committed Primary Class Teaching Assistant for a long‑term role in their reception class. This is an excellent opportunity to join a warm, energetic Early Years team where every day brings new discoveries and meaningful moments with young learners.

You'll support the class teacher with daily routines, small‑group activities, and one‑to‑one guidance, helping children settle confidently into school life. The school is looking for someone who brings positivity, patience, and a genuine passion for Early Years education.

• An enthusiastic practitioner with a strong interest in Early Years
• A reliable team player who can follow direction and work collaboratively
• An enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• EWC registration (or willingness to register)
• A nurturing, consistent approach and strong communication skills
