We're recruiting for an experienced Reception Manager to join a well-established hospitality business in Windsor. Key Responsibilities:
As part of the senior Front Office team, you will:
- Lead and maintain exceptional Front Office standards and guest satisfaction
- Ensure all SOPs are regularly reviewed, updated, and fully implemented
- Train, coach, and develop the Reception team while maintaining accurate training records
- Maximise departmental profitability through upselling and effective cost control
- Manage payroll and departmental expenses in line with business levels
- Carry out inductions, appraisals, and performance reviews with clear objectives
- Build strong communication across departments including Housekeeping, Revenue, and Maintenance
- Undertake Duty Management shifts as required
What we're looking for:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience within a 4/5-star hotel background
- Strong operational knowledge across Front Office, Reservations, and Night Audit
- Experience using Opera
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Strong written English and confident Microsoft Office abilities
- A motivated and professional approach with the ability to inspire others
- Experience working within a busy Reception operation
