Salary: £26,300 - £27,000 per annum
Overview: First Military Recruitment are currently seeking an Receptionist (12 month FTC) on behalf of one of our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional, organised and customer-focused individual to join a busy site team. The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing a high level of customer service while supporting the wider site team with day-to-day facilities and administrative duties.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:30pm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, clients and contractors.
- Meeting and greeting visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries efficiently.
- Managing the site access control system, including creating and issuing access badges.
- Providing first-line support to tenants and assisting with queries and service requests.
- Managing meeting and conference room bookings and supporting with room set-up and AV requirements.
- Supporting the organisation and delivery of site events.
- Managing the shared tenant platform and providing support to onsite tenants.
- Assisting with site communications and digital screens.
- Supporting the Site Director and wider site team with administrative duties.
- Processing purchase orders and invoices where required.
- Supporting contractors and ensuring a high standard of service is delivered across the site.
- Maintaining accurate records and completing relevant administration.
- Responding proactively to issues and using initiative to resolve problems.
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties required to support the site team.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in a reception, front-of-house, administration, customer service or similar role.
- Professional, friendly and approachable manner.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Proactive and flexible approach to work.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Previous experience within a facilities, property or office environment would be advantageous.
