Receptionist (Part Time) 22.5 Hours a Week

Bell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be working for a family run, full-service accountancy practice based in Edgbaston.

They are searching for a part time receptionist working 3 days a week from Wednesday to Friday.

The Role:

• Answering all incoming phone calls and transferring them to the necessary individual
• Acting as the first point of call for all clients and visitors
• General office management duties such as stationary ordering and meeting room preparation
• Scanning filing and printing of documents
• Maintaining client records on the system
• Scheduling client appointments
• Assisting with any Ad Hoc duties when needed

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous receptionist experience is preferred
• Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
• Comfortable working as a team and individually
• Able to multitask and manage your time effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft office

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone experienced in customer facing roles and is looking for a varied part time role.
