Receptionist – Join Our Brand New State-of-the-Art Office in Farringdon!

We’re a leading interior fit-out contractor delivering high-profile projects across Retail, Leisure, Commercial and Residential sectors. We’ve just moved into our brand-new, cutting-edge design office in the heart of Farringdon – and we’re looking for a vibrant, personable Receptionist to be the friendly face and first impression of our company.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to work in a creative, fast-paced environment surrounded by designers, construction teams, project managers and creatives.

What you’ll be doing:

• Being the welcoming first point of contact – greeting clients, collaborators and visitors with a smile in our stunning new reception space.
• Running a busy switchboard – handling calls professionally, managing enquiries and keeping everything flowing smoothly.
• Organising meeting rooms, booking catering, and making sure our team and clients have everything they need.
• Managing post, couriers, stationery and general office admin with a proactive mindset.
• Helping keep our beautiful new office looking sharp and presentable.

Who we’re looking for:

• Someone with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and a naturally warm, confident personality.
• A positive, can-do attitude who’s comfortable working independently but also loves being part of a team.
• Organised, flexible and happy to jump in wherever needed.
• Previous reception or customer service experience is a bonus, but personality and attitude are more important to us.

The Offer:

• Office: Brand new, state-of-the-art design studio in Farringdon
• Hours: 8:00am – 5:30/6pm, Monday to Friday
• Contract: Temp-to-perm (with a view to going permanent very quickly for the right person)
