What You’ll Be Doing

• Front of House magic — greeting guests, welcoming staff, and keeping the office atmosphere warm, friendly, and upbeat
• Office coordination — managing meeting rooms, supplies, deliveries, and making sure the space always looks its best
• Event support — helping plan, prep, and run internal events, socials, celebrations, and community moments
• Team support — assisting with small admin tasks that keep everything running smoothly
• Culture champion — bringing energy, ideas, and positivity to the team every day
