Location: Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital (Wonford), Barrack Road, Exeter, EX2 5DW
Trust: Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS FT
Payrate: Band 2, £12.92 per hour
Shift Patterns: Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 1:00pm and 1:00pm to 6:00pm. with weekend shifts available from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Flexibility to support shifts across the week would be welcomed. (10 hours minimum a week)

Job Description
We are looking for friendly, professional and reliable staff to support the Main Reception team at Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Wonford.
This is a patient and visitor-facing role, providing a welcoming first point of contact for anyone attending or contacting the hospital.
- Duties will include greeting patients, visitors and staff, answering face-to-face and telephone enquiries, supporting wayfinding around the hospital, assisting patients and visitors with parking clearances where required, using EPIC where required, recording and passing on accurate information, and liaising with clinical and non-clinical teams. The post holder must be able to work calmly and professionally in a busy environment, maintain confidentiality at all times, and communicate in a polite, helpful and compassionate manner in line with Trust values.
