- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Managing general enquiries via phone and email
- Handling incoming and outgoing post
- Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team
- Booking meeting rooms and supporting with day-to-day office tasks
- Previous reception, administration or customer service experience is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and standard office systems
- Reliable, approachable and able to work well as part of a team
We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable and organised who enjoys being the first point of contact and can provide a professional, welcoming service. Experience is beneficial, but attitude and a willingness to learn are equally important.
