Receptionist

Receptionist / Front of House - Part-Time, central London, start 14/09/2026

We are currently looking for a Receptionist / Front of House Assistant to join a professional workplace team.
This is a part-time role, ideal for someone with previous reception, hospitality, front-of-house or customer service experience.

Job Details:

• Hours: 30 hours per week
• Working hours: 9:00am - 3:00pm
• Days: Monday to Friday
• PAYE: £14.80 per hour
• Umbrella: £19.27 per hour
• Start: 14/09/2026 - 31/12/2026

Duties:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answering incoming calls and dealing with general enquiries.
• Managing visitor arrivals and access arrangements.
• Setting up and preparing meeting rooms.
• Managing meeting room bookings and visitor information.
• Providing general administrative support to the office.
• Supporting the Workplace Experience team with day-to-day tasks.
• Maintaining a high standard of customer service for clients, visitors and staff.
• Using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Helping to ensure the reception and workplace areas run smoothly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in reception, front-of-house, hospitality, workplace or customer service is desirable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, friendly and customer-focused approach.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to follow established procedures and work routines.
• Reliable and professional appearance.
• Previous experience in a corporate or professional services environment would be advantageous.

This would suit someone looking for a stable part-time, Monday-Friday role with regular 9am-3pm hours.
