Recovery Coordinator 

Location: Hull

Pay: £20.00 – £23.00 p/h (depending on experience)

Contract: 3–6 months (with extension potential)

An opportunity has opened up for a practical Recovery Coordinator in Hull. If you're passionate about harm reduction and community support, we want to hear from you.

• What you'll do:

  • Deliver one-to-one interventions and manage comprehensive care plans.

  • Monitor and support clients engaged in Opiate Substitution Therapy (OST).

  • Deliver active harm reduction advice, safe disposal education, and Naloxone distribution.

  • Carry out Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screening, championing Hepatitis C testing and rapid treatment pathways.

  • Lead structured alcohol therapy interventions to support reduction and abstinence goals.

  • Advocate for service users across local support and healthcare networks.

• What you need: Solid recovery sector experience, valid enhanced DBS, and UK Right to Work.
