Blue Inn Recruitment – East London (IG6)

Blue Inn Recruitment is looking to recruit an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team based in IG6, East London, just a 10-minute walk from Hainault Underground Station.

This is a permanent position, and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.

The successful candidate will play a key role in recruiting construction professionals across a wide range of disciplines throughout the UK, while supporting senior management in delivering successful placements.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate sourcing and resourcing
• Candidate relationship management
• Client account management
• Supporting the operational side of the business
• Managing the full recruitment cycle from start to finish

Requirements

• Previous experience in Recruitment and/or HR, ideally within:
  • Construction Recruitment, or
  • Residential Recruitment
• Excellent communication and written English skills
• Ability to work flexible or unsocial hours when required by the business
• Candidates with strong sales backgrounds will also be considered

Location

East London (IG6) – approximately 10 minutes’ walk from Hainault Tube Station.
