At Workforce, we're looking for a driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Bolton.
If you enjoy building talent pipelines, speaking to candidates, and making successful placements — but don't want the pressure of cold sales—this could be the perfect role.
You'll focus on finding exceptional people for temporary and permanent opportunities across the Manufacturing, Engineering and Hospitality sectors, working alongside an experienced Account Management team that wins and manages client relationships.

What you'll be doing
- Sourcing high-quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, job boards and social media.
- Building talent pipelines for temporary and permanent vacancies.
- Conducting telephone and Microsoft Teams interviews.
- Matching candidates to suitable opportunities.
- Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Working closely with our Sales, Marketing and Delivery teams.
- Building long-term relationships with candidates to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Working towards recruitment targets while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Has previous recruitment or candidate resourcing experience.
- Enjoys speaking to people and building relationships.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Is motivated by achieving targets and delivering results.
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a successful team.
- Salary up to £30,000 per annum
- Bonus scheme with OTE of £38,000 per annum
- 34 days' holiday, including Bank Holidays
